1) Good Food.
No matter how you eat, you have to admit that food during Ramadan is just better. Alhamdulillah.
Whether family means siblings, parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and/or friends, we get to have some serious family time. Talk about a full house.
So much love. We’ll even forgive those who steal our sandals this month.
Waking up at 3am, not eating until 8:30pm, working a 40-hour work week, finding time to exercise, and still trying to eat right. Ramadan will get you back on track.
An entire month to focus on your spiritual well-being? You know you need it. We all do.
6) Working on ourselves.
Shaytan is gone. We have thirty days to discover where our faults are coming from and to improve them. Thank God for some honest self-reflection.
Laylatul-qadr, taraweeh, salah, and so much more! We have the opportunity to pray in abundance, and we’ll get more reward for doing so, insha’Allah!
